Cookie Policy

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. This policy explains how Kyouz uses cookies on the business web console (app.kyouz.com) and the Kyouz marketing website (kyouz.com). The Kyouz customer iOS and Android apps do not use browser cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. They include authentication session cookies (set by Auth0, 8-hour duration), CSRF protection tokens (required for all form submissions), and load balancer cookies (no personal information stored).

Functional preferences (not cookies)

The console remembers a small number of preferences — your theme and your last selected branch — using local and session storage in your browser. These are stored only on your device, are not cookies, and are never transmitted to Kyouz.

Analytics

The Kyouz marketing websites currently use no analytics and set no analytics cookies. We do not build individual user profiles, perform cross-site tracking, or use advertising or retargeting cookies on any Kyouz domain.

Third-party cookies

Auth0 sets session management cookies on the console domain. Stripe may set fraud-prevention cookies during payment flows. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or retargeting cookies on any Kyouz domain.

Your choices

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as the platform will not function without them. The marketing websites set no analytics or other non-essential cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of. For any privacy question, contact privacy@kyouz.com.
