Annual plans are billed once per year and save 20% vs monthly. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next renewal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What's included in SMS pricing?
SMS is pre-paid via an SMS wallet. Pricing depends on destination country. Your wallet balance is visible in the console.
Do you offer trials?
The Free plan is your trial — no time limit, no credit card. Paid plan trials available on request for multi-location businesses.
Is there a setup fee?
None. Kyouz is fully self-serve. You can be live with a queue in under 10 minutes. Enterprise onboarding is included at no cost.
